Welcome to the annual Wes Whisler Travel Tryout Prep Camp! Whether a seasoned travel player or a rookie entering travel style baseball, the Wes Whisler Tryout Prep Camp is the perfect mini-camp to get your skills fine tuned for the tryout season. Join us at NYB Field of Dreams for two sessions - attend one or attend BOTH!
Ages
7 - 14 yrs old (for the upcoming season)
When
Two Sessions
Session #1 = 7/7 - 7/8
Session #2 = 7/14 - 7/15
(both days in each session run from 9am to Noon)
What to Bring
Come in your baseball attire - pants, rubber spikes/turf shoes/tennis shoes.
Bring your mitt, bat and helmet

Who is Wes?
After graduating from Noblesville High School and being named Indiana's Mr. Baseball (2001), Wes played 3 years at UCLA on a full ride scholarship. He was selected in the 2nd round (52nd overall) in the 2004 MLB draft by the White Sox. Wes played 10 years professionally with the Sox. He now works full time as the owner of Wes Whisler Baseball Academy where he works with aspiring young athletes to hone their skills. He also owns and manages multiple travel baseball teams with USAthletic Baseball.
